Workshop Description

A nurturing, restorative and creative workshop experience for mama’s and women.

Join us for an evening in the garden as we connect with earth, womb, heart and hand. After settling in, the night begins with a grounding ritual meant to nourish and cleanse. Within this practice you will have free time to wander among the many flowers and herbs growing in the garden.
As we root down and tend to the hearth within, we will move towards laying beneath the night sky. An invitation to notice, relax and gaze up at the stars while listening to the peaceful hums of sound & song. Our time together will close with a calming activity of your choice from one of our creation stations. You are welcome to craft in conversation or to simply be.

Homemade dessert & herbal tea is provided.
